The rooms are quite good and comfortable. Staff members I have seen working hard to keep the rooms and the property clean. Staff especially the front desk were really helpful in finding solutions for us. The housekeeping staff would change hair ties, toothbrush, toothpaste, shavers, combs everyday in rooms which I thought was a very nice touch. The hotel provides good breakfast everyday with different meals which I thought was good. However the property doesn’t operate its restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Personnel were very helpful! All were very young and willing to help. I went for Canton Fair and this hotel provided us a bus shuttle. For some logistic reason, first day bus didn't picked us from Fair. But hotel personnel were with us all the time and cared sending us back by taxis. Also, on that night, they went to each room with some fruits for the inconvenience. Also this hotel gave us a tea ceremony one night. Big surprise for us!

The hotel is very close to the subway station. Just 2 minutes. For 1 hour go to Canton Fair station , about 45 minutes by taxi. The hotel is next to the Wanda Plaza. There is many choices for food.

Very Nice place. Very helpful staff, always ready to help with nice smile on their face :) Market24 is very nice restaurant with delicious food, very helpful staff especially Emili and Dhiraj.

- metro is very close - about 150m from the hotel - there are restaurants in the shopping mall where the hotel is located - shuttle bus to Canton fair

I love the self-service laundry room which is so convenient for washing clothes.I can also do some exercise in the gym. The view is excellent, and a wide variety of breakfasts provided. Such a good experience to stay here.

Shuttle service was on time and convenient. Metro station is quite near. Nice modern decor. Spacious room.
